Extracurricular Activities
Learning experiences beyond the classroom are an essential part of the BIS experience and we believe are even more powerful than classroom learning in a number of ways:
They are voluntary rather than mandatory; they often involve work that is undertaken collectively rather than individually; they feature opportunities for peer leadership and peer-to-peer learning; they involve dimensions of playfulness; and they are aligned to activities that are valued in broader culture.

BIS offers more than 36 extra-curricular activities to fit the interests and passions of our students of all ages. Our activities fall include sports, service clubs, leadership opportunities, the arts, and technology. Below is just a short list of activities on offer.

ECA for the Public
At BIS, learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. Our Extracurricular Activities program invites students to explore their interests, build new skills, and connect with others who share their passions. Whether you are into sports, arts, music, or technology, there is something for everyone. Each activity is designed to spark curiosity, develop confidence, and nurture creativity.
We are opening our ECA program to students from outside our school this season. Come and experience what it’s like to learn, lead, and have fun in a supportive environment.
