Meet with the Principal
Placement the results will be shared in approximately 3 days
Complete the admissions documents for enrollment

Scan of the immunization records for:
Required ; Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus(DPT or DTap), Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Pneumococcal (PCV), Haemophilus influnzae type B (HIB), and Rotavirus (will be required for children born in 2023+);
Also, requires BCG inoculation OR a negative tuberculin skin test.
Recommended ; Influenza (annual), Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Dengue, Chickenpox (Varisella), Typhoid, Japanese Enchephalitis (JE).
Covid-19 vaccine certificate (if any)
External Reports/Documents (Medical/Education Psychological evaluation report)
Scan of birth certificate
Scan of student passport
Scan of school reports for the past 3 years (starting from at least Grade 1)
Scan of National school certificate (Ijazah Nasional SD & SMP)
Transfer letter from the previous school
Dapodik transfer letter (for Indonesian & Expatriate students if attend the school in Indonesia)
Student photo 4x6cm with blue background/ close-up photo
Scan of parents’ passports, valid for at least 18 months
Scan of Residence Permits (KITAS) from Immigration for student/s and parents
Report certificate from Indonesian police department
Scan of parents’ ID cards (KTP)
Scan of Family Card
Scan of National school certificates (Ijazah Nasional): SD/SMP (Grade 6 and Grade 9)
Scan of SKHUN (if Any): SD/SMP (Grade 6 and Grade 9)
Embassy letter that mention the student previous school information (for Indonesian
students who attend the school overseas)
