Enter Early Childhood – Grade 1

1. Fill out the prospective data by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button
2. The Admission team will contact you
3. Scan and send available school reports report (if any)
4. Schedule a trial day to experience a day in the life of BIS
5. Meet with the Principal
6. Placement the results will be shared in approximately 3 days
7. Complete the admissions documents for enrollment
8. Complete the payment
9. Upload all documents into the Student Information System (as informed by Admissions team)

Enter Grade 2 – Grade 5

1. Fill out the prospective data by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button
2. The Admission team will contact you
3. Scan and send school reports from the past 3 years
4. Make an appointment for the placement test: Math and Reading
5. Make an appointment for the WIDA screening if necessary
6. Schedule a trial day to experience a day in the life of BIS
7. Meet with the Principal
8. Placement the results will be shared in approximately 3 days
9. Complete the admissions documents for enrollment
10. Complete the payment
11. Upload all documents into the Student Information System (as informed by Admissions team)

Enter Grade 6 – Grade 12

3. Scan and send school reports from the past 3 years
4. Make an appointment for the placement test: Math, Reading and Writing
5. Make an appointment for the WIDA screening if necessary
6. Schedule a trial day to experience a day in the life of BIS
7. Meet with the Principal
8. Placement the results will be shared in approximately 3 days
9. Complete the admissions documents for enrollment
10. Complete the payment
11. Upload all documents into the Student Information System (as informed by Admissions team)

General Documents

1. Scan of the immunization records for:
   Required; Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus(DPT or DTap), Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Pneumococcal (PCV), Haemophilus influnzae type B (HIB), and Rotavirus (will be required for children born in 2023+);
   Also, requires BCG inoculation OR a negative tuberculin skin test.
   Recommended; Influenza (annual), Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Dengue, Chickenpox (Varisella), Typhoid, Japanese Enchephalitis (JE).
2. Covid-19 vaccine certificate (if any)
3. External Reports/Documents (Medical/Education Psychological evaluation report)
4. Scan of birth certificate
5. Scan of student passport
6. Scan of school reports for the past 3 years (starting from at least Grade 1)
7. Scan of National school certificate (Ijazah Nasional SD & SMP)
8. Transfer letter from the previous school
9. Dapodik transfer letter (for Indonesian & Expatriate students if attend the school in Indonesia)
10. Student photo 4x6cm with blue background/ close-up photo

Additional documents for Expatriate Student

1. Scan of parents’ passports, valid for at least 18 months
2. Scan of Residence Permits (KITAS) from Immigration for student/s and parents
3. Report certificate from Indonesian police department

Additional documents for Indonesian Student

1. Scan of parents’ ID cards (KTP)
2. Scan of Family Card
3. Scan of National school certificates (Ijazah Nasional): SD/SMP (Grade 6 and Grade 9)
4. Scan of SKHUN (if Any): SD/SMP (Grade 6 and Grade 9)
5. Embassy letter that mention the student previous school information (for Indonesian students who attend the school overseas)
