Ketua Inspektur Pendidikan Prefektur Shizouka, Shigehiro Ikegami bertanya kepada siswa SMAN 8 Bandung. Tak lama, salah satu siswa mengangkat tangannya. "Saya mau kuliah di Jepang dan jadi engineer," ungkapnya diiringi tepuk tangan.

Itulah salah satu pemandangan saat Delegasi Pemerintah Prefektur Shizuoka Jepang mengunjungi SMAN 8 Bandung dan Bandung Independent School Kota Bandung, Jumat (7/2/2025).

Sedangkan saat menyambangi Bandung Independent School, pihaknya membuka kerja sama pembelajaran sebagai sesama sekolah yang menggunakan kurikulum International Baccalaureate (IB) antara Bandung Independent School dan Fujinokuni Internasional School.
